	Splunk,Director of Media Studio: 2005-Aug. 2007 Contractor Project Based Aug. 2007-Present Full Time Established fully functional internal motion graphics design studio from the ground up, providing video production, product demos, motion graphics, photography,and company-wide A/V policies. 	Envision Media Flash Development sub-contracting with Envision Media for Cisco Systems. Flash navigation, layout and animation, and image optimization.

	E-Luxury.com (Multimedia Developer): From August 2000 to May 2001 I worked for E-Luxury.com. Flash/Multimedia developer. Duties included: Developing Flash, video, audio and other multimedia. Implementing designs from the artistic department on the internet. Building out image maps, coding pages, and uploading pages to publish.
